Ordering

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the UK within seven working days. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive when expected, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We will pay return postage costs if we are at fault. In the case of unwanted items, we reserve the right to deduct postage and packaging from any subsequent refund.

UK standard deliveries
If the gifts you want are in stock and you place your order before 16:00 GMT on a weekday, your order should be with you within 5-7 working days using our standard delivery service. Deliveries are typically between 7.00am and 6.00pm. All items are made to order and are personalised. This is clearly stated in the detailed product information and will be confirmed upon ordering.

Deliveries abroad
Unfortunately, at this stage only orders placed in and for the British Isles and Ireland can be fulfilled.

Can orders be placed from abroad?
Orders can be placed from any country but delivery must currently be to the UK or Eire.

Is there any option if I want my order next day?
Sorry, No, as the adoption process is performed on a personal basis the process will not permit “next day” delivery.

Returns, refunds and exchanges policy

We aim to exceed your expectations and carefully select and describe our products to avoid disappointment. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations, you can return these in an unused condition and in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange*. To make this process as quick and efficient as possible for you, it is important that you do the following:

  1. Please do not send back items without first contacting us. Email a return request via our contact page so we know to expect them.
  2. Be sure to wrap your parcel up carefully to prevent damage on the return journey. Please include in your parcel either your original despatch note or else a note with your Order No., Name and Address on it. This ensures we have all the information necessary to process your request quickly.
  3. We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You may want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault.

Please Note:
Items should not be sent to the address at the foot of our pages. This is for correspondence only. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If a recipient of a gift decides to exchange the item then the purchaser will be informed. Replacement items will be sent to you free of postage and packaging charges. The balance of refunds or exchanges can only be debited / credited to the card the purchase was made with. This is a fraud prevention measure to help protect you.
